Off-Season · Your Team. Your Night.
Winter Private Investigation
Multiple dates — book yours
Book the asylum for your own team through the winter. Up to ten people, twelve full hours, no strangers and no schedule but yours.
The off-season rate is a flat $850 and it includes the overnight suite. Stay the night if you like, or just use it as a heated recharge room between sessions, a place to thaw out of the Missouri cold before heading back into the dark.
Bigger team? Add members beyond ten at $75 per person. Hardy souls can camp on the grounds, too.
High-level paranormal equipment is available for teams needing extra gear or without their own. We provide an initial walkthrough, then leave you to investigate privately. The Emmaus team does not remain on site.
Reserve with a $150 deposit, or pay in full. The deposit comes off your total and is non-refundable. You can move your date one time at no cost. A second move is $75.
Pick your preferred winter date at checkout and we'll confirm availability by email, or call (636) 900-4027 to arrange it directly.

Finding the Asylum
19000 Emmaus Drive, Marthasville, MO 63357
- 01When you reach the asylum you'll see a stone bridge. Turn onto the bridge and head straight in.
- 02As the buildings come into view: the Church is on your immediate left, the Asylum (Setz Building) is straight ahead, and the Administration Building is on your right.
- 03Drive past the Administration Building and make a right turn. Emmaus team members will be there to guide you — the parking lot is straight ahead.
